Industry Leading 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Our 90-day money-back guarantee is a testament to our unwavering commitment to treating our customers honestly and fairly. We subject every part to a rigorous process before making it available for sale. Despite our best efforts, and on rare occasions, we may have to accept a return due to circumstances beyond our control. However, it is our commitment to you that we will always stand behind our products here at BAS, offering an unprecedented guarantee on most items in our inventory. You can rely on us to be your trusted source for used airplane parts for years to come.
You may return parts or request a replacement within 90 days of the purchase date with no penalty. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. if you received an incorrect or defective item).
We do not accept returns on anything marked CORE, fuselage, or item stating "No Returns Accepted".
If you return the item more than 90 days after the delivery date, we reserve the right to decline the return. In some cases, we may return the item, and you may incur a restocking fee. We handle each return on a case-by-case basis and do our best to be fair and reasonable.
Once we receive your returned parts, you should expect your refund within a week. In most cases, you will receive a refund quickly.
If you need to return an item or want a replacement, fill out the form HERE with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
