This is a Piper Mojave (PA-31P-350) project for sale. This is a great project for anybody looking to get into a pressurized twin. A small heater fire that occurred while taxiing is the reason for it being a project. The fire caused some smoke damage in the nose of the aircraft as well as melting some wire sheathing (pictured). To the best of our knowledge and inspection, no wires are exposed, which would cause a short in the circuit. All avionics power up just fine with no hick-ups. One hydraulic line needs replaced as it was severed during inspection of the heater fire. Overall, this is an opportunity for any pilot to step into an amazing aircraft with a panel and interior to match. The last annual was completed on October 10th, 2020.
