Careers at BAS Part Sales

BAS Part Sales headquarters at KGXY Greeley-Weld County Airport in Greeley, CO
Founded in 2012 in Greeley, Colorado, BAS Part Sales has grown into a leading aircraft salvage and aviation parts company serving both general aviation and business jet markets. As a sister company to Beegles Aircraft Service, BAS was built on strong technical roots and a clear vision for how a modern aviation business should operate.

From the beginning, BAS was designed to scale. We have built a high-volume, internet-driven airplane parts operation supported by disciplined processes, modern systems, and a relentless focus on excellence. The result is an organization that moves quickly, adapts constantly, and delivers consistently in an industry that often struggles to do any of the three.
What truly sets BAS apart is the team behind the operation. Our success is driven by professionals who take ownership of their work, care about getting the details right, and understand how their role fits into the bigger picture. Every department plays a part in keeping the business running smoothly and customers coming back.

Today, more than 60 team members across two states support one of the most active aircraft parts operations in the industry. BAS continues to grow, evolve, and raise expectations, creating opportunities for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where strong performance is recognized and careers are built with intention.

The People
At BAS Part Sales, careers are built through performance, an attitude of excellence, and old-fashioned hard work. Many of our team members did not follow a traditional college or trade school path. Instead, they joined the workforce, learned on the job, and grew their careers by showing up, taking ownership, and continually improving.

We value intelligence, work ethic, and accountability over résumés and titles. While formal education has its place, it is not a prerequisite for success at BAS. As the company grows, opportunities to advance and increase earning potential grow with it.

For people looking to build a long-term career with real upside, clear paths for advancement, and rewards tied to performance, BAS offers an environment where growth is earned and supported.
The Operation
The BAS Part Sales operation is unlike anything else in aircraft salvage. We have built a disciplined, process-driven business that delivers consistent results for our customers and creates a stable, high-performing environment for our team.

Strong processes are not red tape at BAS; they are what allow us to move fast, work efficiently, and scale with confidence. Every department plays a role in a system designed to support accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement. That structure gives our team the tools they need to succeed and the freedom to focus on doing their best work.

At the center of it all are the people. The success of BAS is driven by the individuals who show up every day, take ownership of their roles, and execute with integrity and determination. If you value working in a well-run operation where your effort directly contributes to real results, BAS is the place to build your career.
The Facilities
Our facilities are a major advantage and a reflection of how seriously we take our work. BAS Part Sales operates more than 175,000 square feet of purpose-built aviation space across two major locations, giving our team the room, tools, and environment needed to perform at a high level.

In Greeley, Colorado, our operation spans approximately 75,000 square feet, including two disassembly hangars, climate-controlled parts storage, and dedicated space for our expanding research and technical teams. Our headquarters and hangar spaces are clean, organized, and intentionally designed to support efficient workflows across every department.

Our Kansas City operation adds another 100,000 square feet and includes a full disassembly hangar and large-scale warehouse capacity. Across both locations, we manage and store millions of aviation parts in indoor, climate-controlled environments.

From disassembly and cleaning to research, warehousing, and fulfillment, our facilities are built to promote productivity, organization, and safety. It is an environment where professionals can focus on doing their best work and supporting customers quickly and efficiently.
