Cessna 340A

At BAS, we are finally moving forward with the disassembly of this Cessna 340A, an aircraft we brought in about a year ago but were unable to part out at the time. This pressurized twin-engine aircraft, known for its spacious cabin and powerful Continental TSIO-520-NB engines, has long been a favorite in the general aviation community. With a total production of 948 units, the 340A remains a sought-after aircraft for both private owners and commercial operators. Now that we have the green light, our team is ready to recover a wide range of valuable components from this aircraft.

The disassembly process is already underway, with our skilled technicians meticulously removing and cataloging parts for resale. From airframe components such as landing gear assemblies, control surfaces, and fuselage sections to cockpit and avionics equipment, we aim to salvage everything possible to help keep other Cessna 340A aircraft flying. Every part we recover is carefully examined and documented to ensure quality and traceability. For aircraft owners and maintenance professionals looking for hard-to-find Cessna 340A parts, this is a great opportunity to source components from a well-maintained aircraft.

As we progress through the teardown, we will be updating our inventory with newly available Cessna 340A parts, ensuring that our customers have access to a wide selection of quality components. Whether you need control yokes, landing gear, or engine mounts, we encourage you to reach out to our team to check availability. If you're looking for something specific, give us a call—we’re here to help! Stay tuned as we continue this disassembly and make these valuable parts available to the aviation community.

Cessna 172D Skyhawk

At BAS Part Sales, we’ve recently brought in a Cessna 172D Skyhawk for disassembly, adding another highly sought-after aircraft to our inventory of available parts. The 172D, introduced in 1963, was a significant milestone in the evolution of the Cessna 172 series, featuring the introduction of the Omni-Vision rear window for enhanced visibility. This model also incorporated a one-piece windshield, an increased horizontal stabilizer span, and a cut-down rear fuselage, all of which contributed to improved aerodynamics and pilot visibility. As one of the most recognized and widely used general aviation aircraft, the 172D remains a favorite among pilots, flight schools, and aircraft owners, making its components highly valuable in today’s aviation market.

Our team is carefully dismantling this 172D Skyhawk, ensuring that key components such as control surfaces, landing gear, fuselage sections, and avionics are properly removed, examined, and cataloged for resale. Whether you're looking for a replacement windshield, rudder pedals, or seating components, we are recovering a variety of quality parts that can help keep other Cessna 172D aircraft in operation. With its simple, reliable design and durable airframe, the 172 series continues to serve pilots worldwide, making parts availability a crucial factor in maintaining these aircraft for years to come.

If you are in need of Cessna 172D parts, now is the perfect time to check our inventory. We understand how important it is to source reliable, well-documented aircraft components, and our team is ready to assist with any requests. Whether it’s flight control surfaces, landing gear assemblies, or smaller cockpit and cabin accessories, we encourage you to reach out to us to secure the parts you need.
