Posted by BAS | Aircraft Salvage Experts on May 22nd 2023
We’re taking off on a new adventure in our shop this week as we prepare to disassemble our first Cessna Citation II (Model 550), and our first aircraft from the recent acquisition of White Industries in Bates City, MO - Learn More. The interior on this aircraft is immaculate, and the mechanics in our shop cannot wait to salvage what this jet has to offer for used aircraft parts.
Beyond our addition of the Cessna Citation 550, we have a Robinson R44 Raven II helicopter, a heavily damaged Piper PA46-310P Malibu and a Piper PA-30 Twin Comanche that didnt survive the student pilot.

Cessna Citation II (Model 550)
The first jet to arrive at our shop in Greeley from our White Industries acquisition is here! Our mechanics team is ready to disassemble this Cessna Citation II (Model 550).
The interior on this aircraft in our shop is impressive, and there are plenty of Cessna Citation II (model 550) parts to salvage.
The Cessa Citation II (Model 550) adjusted in response to criticism toward previous models. The Citation 550 increased the fuselage length, allowed for more seating room, increased fuel capacity and made plenty more adjustments that make this aircraft comfortable.
Our mechanics are ready to disassemble this Cessna Citation II (Model 550), but if you see anything that would be useful to you, get in touch with our sales team ASAP.
Keep an eye on our website to see what can be salvaged for used aircraft parts on this aircraft.
Robinson R44 Raven II
Robinson’s R44 Raven II helictoper is a popular choice of helicopter, especially for law enforcement agencies. This all-black edition in our disassembly shop would be a perfect fit for any modern-day Sherlock Holmes agency. Robinson’s R44 Raven II model offers an advanced fuel-injected engine and wider blades, as opposed to earlier models. This allows for an increase in gross weight, but also an enhanced altitude performance.
A hard landing during training grounded this R44 helicopter, collapsing the right skid. Even with the damage the appeal and the salvaged helicopter parts on this aircraft are immaculate.
Our aviation mechanics are just getting started on this slick black R44, but some highlighted parts that our sales team can help you secure are...
- Lycoming IO-540-AE1A5
- Garmin GNC 250XL
- Garmin GTX 330
- Seats
- Undamaged Tail
- Tail Rotors
- Horizontal Stabilizer
- Vertical Stabilizer
- Pilot/Co-Pilot Doors FWD and Rear
- Control Components
Piper PA-46-310P Malibu
Piper’s PA46-310P Malibu model varies from earlier models of the Piper Malibu in distinct ways. It has a lower fuel consumption, can cruise at the “lean of peak” and has a better range than its predecessor.
This particular Malibu in our shop smacked into a tree on takeoff and pieces began to break on impact. It landed between two trees and suffered substantial body damage.
Still, the parts our mechanics will save as salvaged airplane parts are immaculate. If any of these avionics or other useful parts from this aircraft interest you, get in touch with our sales team ASAP!
- Continental TSIO-520-BE
- JPI EDM 730

- Garmin SL30
- Lynx L3 NGT9000
- Aspen Avidyne IFD540
- Bendix King KX155

Piper PA-30 Twin Comanche
Piper’s PA-30 Twin Comanche has a twin-engine, separating it from its predecessor, the Piper PA-24 Comanche that was a single engine aircraft.
Highlighted in this aircraft is the retractable landing gear, the four or six seating opportunities, or the cruise speeds.
The Twin Comanche in our shop was the victim of a training flight, where a hazardous gear condition developed, and the gear collapsed during roll out.
Still, this aircraft has valuable parts to offer our used airplane parts warehouse.
If any of these parts below are useful to you or you have a question about a part this aircraft may have, give our sales team a call!
