BAS Part Sales
BAS Part Sales is one of the world's leading online sources for used airplane parts, as-removed aircraft components, and aviation replacement parts. Headquartered at Greeley-Weld County Airport in Greeley, Colorado, BAS serves aircraft owners, A&P mechanics, maintenance facilities, flight schools, and aviation operators around the world.
With more than 200,000 online listings, millions of additional parts in our inventory pipeline, and operations in Colorado, Missouri, and Minnesota, we make it easier to find, research, and purchase aircraft parts online. Our inventory includes components for Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, Cirrus, Learjet, Robinson, Air Tractor, and many other aircraft manufacturers.
Our mission has always been simple: Make it easy to get the right airplane part, right when you need it.
Our History: From One Hangar to a Nationwide Aircraft Parts Operation
BAS Part Sales began in 2010 when President and Co-Founder Jared Boles and Co-Founder Scott Mauch started selling aircraft parts for Beegles Aircraft Services. In 2012, BAS Part Sales officially launched as a dedicated aviation parts business and moved into its first hangar at Greeley Airport in Colorado.
Our first major expansion came in 2017 with the acquisition of ACME Salvage and the JW Duff Aircraft Company inventory in Greeley. The acquisition added more than 40,000 listings and 190,000 individual aircraft parts, along with a 48,000-square-foot hangar that we renovated into our headquarters.
In 2023, BAS expanded into Missouri with the acquisition of White Industries in Bates City. This brought more than 2,000 aircraft fuselages, millions of airplane parts, approximately 100,000 square feet of additional hangar and warehouse space, and an experienced team of aviation professionals into the BAS operation.
That same year, we expanded our Greeley headquarters with another 15,000 square feet of climate-controlled storage and additional aircraft parts research capacity.
Expanding Our Capabilities: Business Jets, Core Exchange, and BAS Minnesota
In 2025, BAS established a dedicated turbine aircraft disassembly operation to expand our inventory of business aircraft parts. This facility processes aircraft including Cessna Citation jets, Hawker business jets, Beechcraft King Air turboprops, and other turbine-powered aircraft. The expansion added experienced aviation mechanics, technicians, and parts specialists to our growing team.
Early in 2026, we introduced the BAS Core Exchange Program, bringing our straightforward online shopping model to overhauled aircraft components. Eligible exchange parts are available through our e-commerce store with published pricing, accurate in-stock and ready to ship on-line inventory, detailed product information, actual-unit photography, and clearly defined core exchange and return requirements. Our goal is to simplify a traditionally complicated and slow purchasing process and help operators keep aircraft maintenance moving.
In September 2026, BAS Part Sales acquired the extensive aircraft parts inventory and assets of Wentworth Aircraft in Crystal, Minnesota. We also welcomed the experienced Wentworth team into our operation, establishing BAS Minnesota as our third major location.
Wentworth Aircraft spent more than 40 years building its reputation and inventory under founder Steve Wentworth. With parts accumulated from more than 7,100 aircraft, the addition significantly expands our inventory, experience, and ability to serve the general aviation community. We are proud to carry Steve's legacy forward while bringing the Wentworth inventory and team into the BAS e-commerce and distribution network.
Today, BAS Part Sales operates across three states, combining decades of aviation knowledge with modern inventory management, research, e-commerce, and worldwide fulfillment.
What Aircraft Parts Does BAS Part Sales Sell?
BAS specializes in used aircraft parts, as-removed components, and select overhauled aircraft components for general aviation airplanes, business jets, helicopters, and agricultural aircraft.
Our inventory includes aircraft avionics, airframe components, landing gear, flight controls, complete engines and engine components, aircraft instruments, interior components, and parts for virtually every other system found on an aircraft.
We stock components from piston-engine and turbine-powered aircraft manufactured by Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, Cirrus, Mooney, Learjet, Hawker, Robinson, Air Tractor, and many others.
With hundreds of thousands of parts listed online and additional inventory being researched, cataloged, and listed daily, customers can search our online store by aircraft information, product description, or part number to find available components.
How We Process, Document, and Sell Aircraft Parts
Unlike many aircraft parts resellers, BAS operates its own aircraft acquisition, disassembly, parts research, photography, inventory, and fulfillment teams.
Our process begins with acquiring complete airplanes, helicopters, and business aircraft. Our mechanics carefully disassemble each aircraft, and our specialized teams clean, research, document, photograph, and catalog the individual components.
Product listings feature clear pricing, detailed descriptions, actual-unit photographs, part identification, and available condition and traceability information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. And if you see it listed, it is in-stock and ready to ship.
Our growing team of more than 90 employees includes aircraft mechanics, parts researchers, inventory specialists, product listers, cleaners, warehouse personnel, shipping professionals, sales representatives, and operational leadership.
And through all that growth, we still have Bob the Builder, our semi-retired, lifelong A&P mechanic who reminds us daily where we came from.
The BAS process remains the same: Buy, disassemble, clean, research, document, photograph, and deliver aircraft parts at competitive prices.
Why Aircraft Owners, Mechanics, and Maintenance Shops Choose BAS
BAS Part Sales combines a massive, physically stocked aircraft parts inventory with the convenience of modern e-commerce.
Our online store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers can browse available inventory, review actual product photographs, see published prices, and purchase aircraft parts directly online without waiting for a quote.
We offer fast order processing and worldwide shipping to customers in more than 100 countries. Eligible non-core purchases are supported by our 90-day guarantee, while our Core Exchange Program provides separate, clearly defined exchange terms.
For customers who need assistance identifying a component, checking availability, or placing an order, our knowledgeable aviation parts sales team is available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time, by phone, email, and social media.
Whether you're an A&P mechanic searching for a specific part number, a maintenance facility supporting a fleet, or an aircraft owner trying to get back in the air, our goal is the same: Help you find the right part the first time, at the right price, without unnecessary delays.
Our Mission, Values, and Commitment to Aviation
BAS Part Sales has grown from a small aircraft parts operation into a major international supplier of used airplane parts and aviation components. Our continued growth is driven by five core values: Excellence, Integrity, Community, Generosity, and Growth.
Our mission is to build relationships that serve and empower our customers. Our vision is to be the most trusted and sought-after source for used airplane parts and aircraft components anywhere in the world.
We believe purchasing aircraft parts should be straightforward, transparent, and supported by people who understand aviation.
More aircraft. More inventory. More expertise. And the same commitment that started it all: Getting the right airplane parts into the right hands, right when they're needed.
That’s BAS Part Sales. A small team. A mighty impact. Trusted worldwide.

Meet Our Leadership Team
Jared Boles
Owner
Jared is the man who started it all. Before founding BAS, he did just about everything at Beegles Aircraft Service in Greeley, Colorado: shop hand, aircraft recovery, shipping, parts, IT, and sales. Alongside fellow Beegles employee Scott Mauch, Jared learned the aviation business from the ground up. As Parts Manager, he grew frustrated with an aircraft parts industry that seemed perfectly content with endless phone calls, mystery pricing, missing photos, and customers doing all the legwork. He knew there had to be a better way. So he started selling parts on eBay, bought his first airplane to disassemble, and built a parts business right inside Beegles. Eventually, Jared and Scott went from employees to owners, acquiring Beegles together. Not bad for a guy who started with a good idea and a whole lot of determination.
That little parts operation grew into BAS Part Sales, now spanning three locations across three states, with more than 90 employees, millions of parts, and customers around the globe. Jared is the mastermind behind that growth, driving major acquisitions, challenging the industry's old habits, and surrounding himself with exceptional people who share his passion for doing business the right way. His philosophy is pretty simple: put customers first, take care of your people, deliver on your promises, and never accept "that's how we've always done it" as a good enough answer. Simple enough. Apparently revolutionary in the aircraft parts business.
But Jared's greatest accomplishment might just be the culture he's built along the way. A lead-from-the-front entrepreneur, he has created an environment that reflects his own family-first values, where hard work, excellence, and genuinely caring about one another aren't just words on a wall. He loves his company, believes deeply in his people, and takes tremendous pride in seeing them succeed. Outside the hangar, Jared is a dedicated family man who loves making memories with his crew, whether they're catching a Rockies game, exploring the world, hitting the slopes, or spending a day on the boat.
Scott Mauch
Owner
Scott Mauch has been turning wrenches and solving aviation problems since 1989, when he began his career at Colorado Aerotech and earned his A&P license. In 1991, he joined Beegles Aircraft, starting in the engine shop and working his way through just about every corner of the business, from sheet metal and engine work to aircraft recovery. You don't learn an aviation business from a conference room, and Scott certainly didn't. Today, Scott leads Beegles Aircraft Services and its talented crew of aviation repair technicians, keeping the day-to-day operation running like a well-tuned engine. He's also Jared's longtime business partner and a co-owner of BAS, playing an important role in the company's growth, even if he prefers to stay out of the spotlight. Outside the hangar, Scott's favorite crew is his wife, two kids, and grandchild. When he's not working, you'll find him hunting, boating, or enjoying just about anything that gets him outdoors.
Nolan Lanckriet
Finance Director
Nolan joined BAS in 2017 as a Shop Hand and didn't waste much time becoming indispensable. After working as a mechanic, he took on the company's books and helped lay the foundation for BAS's next chapter. He also spearheaded the development of our first e-commerce website, spending countless hours figuring out how to bring an old-school aircraft parts business into the modern world. Not bad for a guy who started on the shop floor. Today, Nolan is an Executive Team member and, as Finance Director, Nolan leads the accounting team, oversees the company's finances, and keeps a sharp eye on the numbers that make continued growth possible. But his influence stretches well beyond the balance sheet. Nolan plays a major role in aircraft acquisitions, particularly sourcing and buying business jets for the BAS turbine operation. He's also been instrumental in some of the biggest moves in BAS history, including major competitor acquisitions and the company's continued expansion. From negotiating aircraft deals to evaluating new opportunities and helping chart the company's financial future, Nolan is deeply involved in the decisions that keep BAS growing. He knows his way around an airplane, a balance sheet, and a good deal. Outside the hangar, you'll find Nolan shooting, working out, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and family.
Clinton McJenkin
Sales & Marketing Director
Clinton joined BAS in 2022 to take on all things marketing, brand, and e-commerce. His job description didn't stay that short for long. Today, he is an Executive Team member and leads the Sales, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams, driving growth, improving the customer experience, and playing a key role in major acquisitions, expansion, and the strategic moves shaping BAS's future. With an MBA and a particular passion for technology and innovation, Clinton is at the leading edge of how AI is transforming e-commerce, sales, and marketing, finding new ways to put emerging technology to work across the business. From the BAS website and mobile app to digital strategy, customer engagement, and brand development, he has his hands in just about everything. You'll also find him at industry events, publishing the BAS Blog, and creating content that brings customers inside the hangar. His favorite part of the job is still meeting customers face-to-face, hearing their stories, and finding out how BAS has helped keep their airplanes flying. Outside the hangar, Clinton is a jiu-jitsu black belt and a dedicated dad who loves loading his girls into the Bronco and heading off-road, whether that's deep in the Rocky Mountains or anywhere else they can find a good trail. Apparently, sitting still isn't his thing.
Matt Rangel
General Sales Manager
Matt Rangel was BAS's very first employee, joining Jared in 2011 at the ripe old age of 17, while he was still in high school. BAS wasn't even officially a company yet. Starting as a shop hand at Beegles Aircraft Services, Matt became the first parts researcher and lister for what would eventually become BAS Part Sales. He worked in shipping, helped build the company's early e-commerce presence, and eventually found his calling in sales. He's been growing right alongside BAS ever since. Today, Matt is an Executive Team member and serves as General Sales Manager, leading a talented sales team spread across three states and bringing more than a decade of hands-on aircraft parts sales experience to the job. He plays a critical role in inventory pricing, helping establish values that frequently influence pricing across the aviation parts industry. But Matt is hardly a manager who sits on the sidelines. He's still deeply involved with customers, tracking down hard-to-find parts, solving problems, and helping drive the sales growth that keeps BAS moving forward. He also oversees the BAS eBay store, bringing things full circle to where it all began. Spend enough time in general aviation and chances are you've talked to Matt. After all these years, it's remarkable how many customers recognize his name or voice, and he genuinely enjoys putting faces to those names at industry trade shows. Be sure to stop by the BAS booth and say hello. Outside the hangar, Matt enjoys spending time with friends and his growing family. And if there's thin-crust pizza involved, you can pretty much count him in.
Michael Rangel
Sales | Fulfillment Manager
Mike Rangel joined BAS in August 2015 as a cleaner, but it didn't take long for him to get his hands into just about everything. From working as a mechanic to managing shipping and receiving and eventually leading the fulfillment operation, Mike learned the aircraft parts business from the hangar floor to the customer's doorstep. Turns out that's pretty good training for selling airplane parts. Today, Mike is a full-time member of the BAS Sales Team and has established himself as one of the leading sales professionals in the aviation parts business. Following in Matt Rangel's footsteps meant some pretty big shoes to fill, but Mike has more than made his own mark. He serves an international clientele of loyal customers who call him directly, day in and day out, because they know they're getting someone who understands airplanes, knows the inventory, and genuinely cares about getting them what they need. His hands-on experience gives him an edge that you just can't learn sitting behind a desk. Whether he's tracking down an obscure component or helping a customer solve a complicated parts problem, Mike brings the knowledge, hustle, and personal service that BAS has built its reputation on. Despite spending his days in sales, Mike still loves getting his hands dirty with a little mechanic work whenever he gets the chance. Outside the hangar, you'll find him at the gym, shooting, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with family and friends. And when it comes to his favorite food, the answer is easy: anything his mom cooks. No further questions.
David Saffer
Piston Disassembly Shop Manager
David joined BAS in January 2013 and has done just about everything along the way. Parts research, cleaning, logbooks, aircraft disassembly, even remodeling the office. If something needed doing, Dave was probably the guy doing it. Today, he leads the BAS general aviation disassembly shop, the highest-volume aircraft disassembly operation in the company. And don't expect to find him sitting behind a desk. Dave is usually right there in the hangar, tools in hand, working alongside his crew. Under Dave's leadership, the team has mastered the art of taking complex piston aircraft apart with surgical precision and remarkable speed. Turning three or four airplanes into a treasure trove of recoverable parts in short order is no small feat, but Dave and his crew make it look routine. His secret is building a team that's just as driven as he is. Dave takes tremendous pride in developing his mechanics, sharing his knowledge, and constantly challenging his guys to become even better than he is. That's the kind of leadership that turns a good shop into a great one. When he's not running the hangar, Dave enjoys spending time with his growing boys, working out, and turning wrenches on cars and motorcycles in the family garage. Around BAS, he's also a regular competitor in the legendary, months-long game room pool tournaments. And if there's pizza involved, you can count him in.

Nick Mofley
Turbine Disassembly Shop Manager
Nick Mofley joined BAS Part Sales in September 2025 as a Turbine Mechanic, bringing nearly two decades of experience in aviation maintenance, turbine overhaul, and aerospace manufacturing. He quickly advanced into his current role as Turbine Shop Manager, overseeing the disassembly of business jets and leading the skilled mechanics responsible for recovering and processing aircraft components. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Nick earned his Certificate in Aviation Maintenance from Redstone Aviation Institute and obtained his Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license in 2006. His extensive background includes aerospace manufacturing, commercial gas turbine overhaul, military defense components, and production leadership with organizations including General Electric and BAE Systems. In 2021, Nick and his family relocated from Texas to Colorado, embracing the mountain lifestyle. Nick's leadership philosophy centers on teamwork, technical excellence, and taking pride in the work. While the challenges of turbine aircraft disassembly keep the job interesting, he considers the talented people he works alongside every day the most rewarding part of his role at BAS. Outside the shop, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new places, and making the most of everything Colorado has to offer.
Bailey Templeman
Care & Culture Manager | HR
BAS has a pretty incredible culture, and keeping it that way takes more than good intentions. That's where Bailey comes in. Since joining BAS in 2023 as our Care & Culture Manager, she's become the glue that helps hold our growing team together. With a genuine passion for people and an almost uncanny ability to keep her finger on the pulse of the entire company, Bailey makes it her mission to ensure every BAS employee feels valued, supported, and connected, whether they're across the hall or across state lines. Bailey's attention to our people is legendary. She makes a concerted effort to connect with team members individually, organizes company events that turn coworkers into friends, and helps cultivate the camaraderie that makes BAS a pretty special place to work. She's also the first stop in our hiring process across every department, helping identify candidates who bring more than just the right qualifications. They need the right attitude, values, and genuine desire to be part of something bigger. As BAS continues expanding across the country, Bailey plays a critical role in making sure our culture grows right alongside it. Because building a great company is one thing. Building one where people genuinely love coming to work? That's something else entirely. Outside the hangar, Bailey enjoys discovering local coffee shops and breweries, finding the next great board game, and spending time outdoors with her fiancé, Michael, and their sweet pup, Briar.
Isaiah Rossman
Shipping & Fulfillment Manager
Isaiah joined BAS in September 2018, back when a busy shipping day looked a whole lot different than it does now. Starting as a shop hand, he worked his way through inventory and shipping, learning the business from the parts shelf to the loading dock. Today, he leads a shipping and fulfillment team spanning three states, moving hundreds of packages out the door every day. That's a lot of boxes, and a whole lot of responsibility. For Isaiah, getting orders out the same day isn't just a goal. It's the part of the job he takes the most pride in. From small packages to complicated LTL freight and multimodal shipping arrangements, he knows how to get aircraft parts where they need to go, even when the logistics get interesting. But his job doesn't end when the package leaves the building. Isaiah spends plenty of time working directly with customers, solving shipping problems, handling returns, and making things right when a carrier decides not to cooperate. He's built a team that understands speed matters, details matter, and customers shouldn't have to chase answers when something goes sideways. Shipping hundreds of orders a day is impressive. Doing it well, day after day, is what Isaiah and his crew are all about. Outside the hangar, Isaiah enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, trying new foods, watching football, and catching live sporting events whenever he gets the chance.
Matthew Brewe
BAS Kansas City General Manager
Matt Brewe joined BAS in March 2023 when we acquired White Industries, but his roots in the Kansas City operation go all the way back to 1997. Starting as an Inventory Control Specialist, Matt spent more than 25 years learning just about every corner of the business, from shipping, mechanics, and purchasing to sales, research, and even IT. If there's a job in the aircraft parts business Matt hasn't done, we'd be surprised. That experience gives him an extraordinary command of the massive and complex aircraft parts inventory at BAS Kansas City, along with the kind of aviation knowledge you just can't teach in a classroom. Today, Matt serves as General Manager of BAS Kansas City, and the transformation under his leadership has been remarkable. When BAS acquired White Industries, it inherited decades of aviation history and an enormous inventory, but an operation that had been standing still for far too long. It needed fresh energy, modern systems, and a whole new way of doing business. Matt didn't just embrace the change, he helped lead it. Working closely with the BAS leadership and executive teams, he's helped breathe new life into the Kansas City operation, growing the crew from just four employees to more than a dozen, establishing a dedicated aircraft disassembly shop, and building a full parts research department. Today, BAS Kansas City is thriving, and Matt has been instrumental in making that happen. He brings an exceptional combination of aviation expertise, integrity, and genuine care for people to the table every day. He knows the inventory, knows the airplanes, and knows how to build a team that gets things done. That's a pretty powerful combination. A graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Aviation Technology, Matt is also a licensed pilot who actively participates in mercy flights throughout the Midwest with Pilots for Christ. Outside the hangar, he enjoys cheering on his Kansas City sports teams, flying whenever he gets the chance, and spending time with his college sweetheart turned wife and their two daughters.
