Anything Marked "Core"
Core items are non-functioning or damaged units sold for parts or possible repair. These items are clearly marked “Core” in the product title and described in the listing. All Core sales are final, and these units are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Anything Marked "No Returns"
Items marked “No Returns” are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This designation is clearly stated in the listing or on the invoice and is typically agreed upon with the buyer before purchase.
Any Fuselage
Fuselages are large airframe structures sold as-is and are not eligible for return.
Items Lost, Damaged, or Delayed in Transit
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the custody and control of the shipping carrier. BAS Part Sales does not issue refunds for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
Shipping insurance may be added to your order for protection against transit loss or damage. If a shipment was insured, we will assist with filing a claim with the carrier to recover the insured value.
Returns requested after 90 days may be declined, or may be approved with a restocking fee at our discretion.
We always aim to be fair. Every return is reviewed by a real person, not an automated system.
Once a returned part is received and verified, refunds are typically processed within one week, often sooner. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong part number. In those cases, BAS may choose to cover the cost of return shipping.

Most items are sold as-removed, just as they came off the aircraft, and are not functionally tested. What we provide is clear photos, accurate listings, traceability when available, pricing that reflects the as-removed condition, and a straightforward 90-day return window on eligible items.

The installing mechanic or maintenance facility is solely responsible for determining airworthiness and compliance with all applicable regulations, as well as proper installation and operation of any part purchased from BAS.
Our 90-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible items only and excludes any product marked Core, any Fuselage, or any item identified as No Returns Accepted.
