We can ship aviation parts, small and large, to nearly any destination on Earth!

 

Our team of shipping professionals takes the time, with each and every order, to carefully and intelligently pack your items for safe and secure transit, regardless of the order value or the transit method. When a standard box doesn't work, we carefully craft a packaging arrangement specific to the parts in your order. We routinely utilize advanced packaging and logistics resources such as custom foam, crates, pallets, boxing, and more. We apply our knowledge and expertise to every single item we ship.

 

Most of our inventory can go in a box that a standard carrier, such as USPS or UPS, can easily deliver anywhere in the world. The other parts, the larger items, require a freight carrier such as Estes Express or an independent hot-shot driver. We routinely deliver freight items globally; it just requires more coordination.

Shipping with Standard Carriers

Shipping airplane parts is more complicated than it sounds, but we are really good at it.

 

When you order an item that can ship with a standard carrier, you will get costs and transit times quickly - whether you order online or through our sales department. This information is readily available, and our systems are designed to offer you the options you need to get your parts quickly and efficiently.

 

Tens of thousands of items in our inventory will ship with a $5 flat rate to any continental US destination. 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout or through your sales rep.

 

Once your order is finalized and the carrier scans your package into their system, you will get automated emails with tracking and transit information.

Shipping with Freight Carriers

Freight deliveries require more work on our part to get scheduled, packaged, and picked up by the carrier.

 

Some freight items can be purchased directly through the website; others require old-fashioned effort to handle the shipment properly. If you need assistance, please contact our sales department by calling 970-313-4823.

 

Packaging fees will apply for items that require crating or palleting. Prices will vary.

 

We send out freight items daily, so getting your order out the door quickly is usually not a problem - though in some cases, it can take more than one day to accomplish.

 

You will get manual updates from us with tracking information for these shipments. And if you have any questions on transit time, be sure to ask your sales rep for details.

Most of the time, if you order during business hours, we will ship your package the same day. Of course, large items that require custom crates or hot-shot drivers can take longer to get out the door. If delivery time is critical, call the Sales Team at 970-313-4823, and we can find a solution to get it to you in the time you need.

International Shipping

Welcome International Buyers. In 2023, we averaged 5 international destinations every single day and shipped to over 70 countries!

 

In order to get an accurate shipping quote to an international destination, we will need the complete shipping address.

 

All duties and taxes are the buyers' responsibility. Please check with your local Customs office with questions regarding these charges and for a better understanding of transit times through your country's Customs processes.

 

We will not mark our merchandise below value or mark them as "gifts" as both U.S. and international regulations strictly prohibit such behavior.

Expedited Shipping & Cut-Off Times

If you need your order to arrive at its destination rapidly, the best thing to do is call us as early in the day as possible. Any one of our outstanding Sales Team members can help you get this handled.

 

Call 970-313-4823 to speak with an expert before 2:30 pm Mountain Standard Time to be fully informed on shipping costs and expected delivery times. Keep in mind that no carrier fully guarantees delivery times anymore, but we will always do our best to get it packaged right and out the door quickly for you.

 

When you order through the website, you will usually have expedited shipping options - such as overnight and 2-day air- available at checkout, and we can generally get your package shipped the same day you order as long as that order is placed before 2:30 pm Mountain Standard Time. Unless otherwise stated, shipments are not guaranteed to go out the same business day if placed after 2:30 pm Mountain Standard Time.

 

If you need overnight, early overnight, or 2-day air and that option is not available at checkout, call us at 970-313-4823. With over 65,000 items in our inventory, some things are too large or too heavy to automatically qualify for these expedited shipping options and will require manual intervention to make them ship rapidly. Calling us is the best option for accomplishing this if the option is not available at checkout.

 

Freight items may take longer than a same-business-day turnaround time, but we can typically get freight shipped out the same day if ordered before noon Mountain Standard Time.

On items valued over $1,000, insurance is added to the package, which costs 1% of insured value (i.e. $5,000 product = $50 to insure)

Custom Crate For Fabric Airplane Wing

By taking the time to build a custom crate we can ensure the safe travel of the wing that will require moving the crate by both land and sea in order to reach its destination. The crate is crafted to suspend the wing and includes a lot of custom foam padding and support.
