Cessna Citation S550
The Cessna Citation S550, part of the renowned Citation family, represents a major leap forward in light jet design. Building on the success of the Citation II, the S550 introduced advanced aerodynamic improvements and performance upgrades that allowed it to break the 400-knot cruise speed barrier - a key milestone in the business jet category. With its swept wing roots, supercritical airfoil, and upgraded Pratt & Whitney JT15D-4B engines, the S550 delivered faster climb rates, longer range, and greater fuel efficiency, all while maintaining the short-field performance and reliability that Citation aircraft are known for. Its versatility made it a favorite among corporate operators, charter services, and government agencies worldwide.
When the Citation S/II first took flight in 1984, it embodied Cessna’s commitment to continuous innovation. The aircraft’s redesigned fuselage, aerodynamic refinements, and increased fuel capacity gave it improved efficiency and smoother handling compared to earlier models. Its cabin offered a comfortable, quiet space for up to eight passengers, with the practicality and ease of maintenance that made the Citation line so successful. The model’s performance enhancements and low operating costs positioned it as one of the most capable light jets of its era - and even today, the S550 remains a respected and sought-after aircraft on the pre-owned market.
BAS Part Sales is proud to announce the arrival of a Cessna Citation S550 for disassembly. As always, our team will meticulously research, catalog, and preserve each component to ensure that each component is clean and listed with full transparency. This teardown will provide valuable components - including airframe structures, avionics, landing gear, and interior parts - for Citation operators around the world. By supporting the continued operation of these dependable light jets, we’re helping keep a proven aircraft flying safely and efficiently for years to come.

Beechcraft King Air C90
The Beechcraft King Air C90 represents one of the most iconic and enduring aircraft in general aviation history. Originally introduced in the early 1970s as an evolution of the Model 90 series, the C90 quickly became known for its combination of reliability, performance, and versatility. Powered by twin Pratt & Whitney PT6A engines, the C90 offered exceptional short-field capabilities, making it equally suited for executive transport, air ambulance missions, and cargo operations. Its spacious, pressurized cabin and solid construction gave it an edge over competing turboprops, securing its place as one of the most successful models in Beechcraft’s legendary King Air line.
Over the decades, the King Air C90 has evolved through numerous iterations - including the C90A, C90B, and C90GTX - each bringing improved engines, avionics, and cabin comfort. From its first flight in 1964, the King Air family has remained in continuous production longer than any other business aircraft, a testament to Beechcraft’s enduring design philosophy and the aircraft’s proven track record. Thousands of King Airs are still in service today with corporate operators, private owners, military branches, and medical transport providers worldwide. Its rugged airframe and straightforward maintenance make it a favorite among operators who value dependability and cost-effective performance.
