This position is dedicated to nurturing our internal community—staying in touch with teams across departments and states, and proactively fostering a healthy, connected, and forward-moving environment. Our strong company culture isn’t accidental. It’s been thoughtfully developed over the years to reflect our core values in both our daily operations and our customer relationships.


Much of BAS’s success stems directly from how well our people collaborate and support one another in achieving shared goals. We love what we do, and we love doing it together. The Care & Culture Manager ensures this positive dynamic continues to thrive and evolve, helping protect and enhance the culture that defines who we are.

Rich joined BAS in 2025 as a staff accountant, stepping in to manage core accounting and finance functions. His addition marks an important step in our ongoing growth and upward trajectory, providing the finance team with the added bandwidth to support a rapidly scaling operation.

Alex came on board in 2024 to handle the day-to-day accounting needs and assist Nolan, the Finance Director, with all things Finance and Accounting for the growing BAS brands.

Content Creator / Marketing Assistant
Bailee joined the BAS team in 2024 to lead content creation for social media and support Clinton, our Sales & Marketing Director, in crafting impactful digital content. With a keen eye for storytelling and brand development, she plays a key role in growing the BAS presence online and helping shape how the world sees our brand.

As BAS continues to grow and expand its presence at the Greeley-Weld County Airport, so do the demands on our facilities. That’s why having our very own in-house maintenance expert is essential. From repairs and upgrades to everyday upkeep, we ensure our buildings stay in top shape—always ready to support the next phase of our growth and success.
